Return

Since we sell customize shirt short and jacket, all stuff with your name number and other customize information, it means we can't resell to any other buyer, so we don't accept return or exchange.

But if you received wrong stuff which is different with your design, we can reship you new package instead or refund you full money, and you no need ship back the old package.

You can contact us at sale@orkysport.com, if you meet wrong stuff problem, attach your order number, a description of the problem with the item and photos, our after-sale team will service you in 12 hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
After we confirmed its our error to make you received wrong stuff and you choose refund, you’ll be automatically refunded through Paypal within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
