STANDARD SHIPPING TIME:

14-21 days with YanWen Express

During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

 

ORDER HANDLE TIME:

5-7 days.

 

DELIVER TIME:

Package deliver time = standard shipping time (14-21 days) + order handle time (5-7 days).

 

WHERE DOES ORKY DELIVER?

U.S. : We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

 

TAX AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are not calculated.

We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for the location that you’re shipping to.
